Each October, CARtober highlights how donated vehicles drive real impact for nonprofits. Through CARS, donors get free, nationwide pickup, simple scheduling, and the proper tax documentation after the sale.

How Does it Work?
Your donation is managed end-to-end by CARS’ national network, from towing and title handling to sale and compliance.
There’s no out-of-pocket expense, and support is available seven days a week by phone. When the sale is complete, you’ll get your donation receipt and, if applicable, IRS Form 1098-C.
