No-Shave November® Is Back AND It Has Never Been Scruffier!

No-Shave November® rallies 13 cancer-related nonprofit organizations to get hairy for its largest and most ambitious campaign yet.

[Hillsborough, NJ October 16, 2023] — Cancer is a potent and ever-changing threat. Fighting it requires a united effort, and since its establishment in 2009, No-Shave November has been a rallying cry for other like-minded nonprofits to gather to. This year the American Cancer Fund®  is excited, once again, to be participating in No-Shave November and is ready to show we care by growing out our hair!

No-Shave November and the American Cancer Fund aim to educate a greater number of individuals about cancer prevention and provide more support to patients, survivors, and families affected by this disease than ever before.

“We’re hoping our name helps bring more awareness to these incredible organizations,” said Monica Hill, Matthew Hill Foundation, Inc. President. “No-Shave November has become synonymous with fundraising for cancer and we are extremely proud of that.  If we can get our donors to see these nonprofits doing groundbreaking work from prevention to survivor support to researching for a cure…we think that will make a lasting impact.”

So this November, the American Cancer Fund asks you to gather your co-workers, friends, and families and pledge to ditch their razors and cancel those waxing appointments. The more hair you share is evidence of how much you care! Register today at www.no-shave.org, and join a cause that is bigger than any one person.
